Atty. Jay-R M. Valerio
Admitted to the Philippine Bar, 2015. Education: Holy Angel University (A.B. English with area of specialization in Literature and Linguistics, 2010); Angeles University Foundation, valedictorian, (J.D., 2014).
Atty. Valerio is the partner-in-charge of the Firm’s litigation department. Mr. Valerio is proficient in family law, commercial law, civil law and criminal law and has successfully litigated various administrative, commercial, civil, criminal and labor cases since his admission to the Philippine Bar. He is currently legal consultant to the Office of Congressman Noel Villanueva of the 3rd district of Tarlac.
Atty. Fenalon O. Chan
Admitted to the Philippine Bar, 2017. Passed the CPA Licensure Exam, 4th placer, 2003. Education: University of the Philippines (B.S. Business Administration and Accountancy, 1997; Angeles University Foundation, valedictorian, (J.D., 2016).
Atty. Chan is the Firm’s partner-in-charge for client concerns on property and taxation. Mr. Chan previously worked for Punongbayan and Araullo, the Large Taxpayers Audit and Investigation Division of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the University of the Philippines. Prior to practicing law, he has already gained broad experience in the field of taxation as a Certified Public Accountant for several years. His expertise lies in tax audit, settlement of estates, and real estate acquisition and development
Atty. Charlon Jay M. Onofre
Admitted to the Philippine Bar, 2015. Education: Holy Angel University (A.B. Communication Arts Major in Advertising, 2010); Angeles University Foundation, (J.D., 2014).
Atty. Charlon Jay M. Onofre, is in charge of the Firm’s Labor Law, Social Legislation, and is also proficient in criminal and civil litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Atty. Onofre served as a Public Attorney II at the Public Attorney’s Office in Angeles City and later in Mabalacat City. As a Public Attorney, Atty. Onofre personally handled hundreds of cases before the first and second level courts, and before the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC). In 2017, Atty. Onofre earned the distinction as PAO Region III’s most awarded lawyer
